Prices Canoe Rental

Equipment & service included in the price:

Canoe rental without a guide

Transfer to the starting point, canoe, paddles, life jacket, spade, rope, sponge, garbage bag, canoe trolley, all park and shelter permits.

What is not included?

Personal expenses and travel insurance
Personal insurance
Flight/Ferry/Bus/Train or other transport to Norway / Sweden are not included

Transfer from airport/train station to our site

We can pick you up from Oslo Gardermoen Airport (2 hours drive), from Arvika (Sweden) / Kongsvinger (Norway) train station (40 minutes drive) or from Charlottenberg/Åmotfors train station (15 minutes drive).

Costs for a transfer from Oslo to Gardermoen are SEK 900 per person one way, Kongsvinger is SEK 300 per person one way and Charlottenberg is SEK 14 per person one way.

We are not a taxi company and it may therefore happen that we cannot offer you a transfer. You must reserve a transfer well in advance.

Deposit

A deposit must be paid for the use of the equipment and materials. The deposit is SEK 1000 per person or SEK 2000 per family. If the equipment and materials are returned in good condition, this deposit will be refunded immediately. Damage or loss of materials will of course be deducted from the deposit. Deposit exceeding charges must be paid.

Prices and Booking

All prices are in SEK and include VAT. Prices are valid until December 31, 2025. Reservation fee Kr 100.00 included. You must be at least 18 years old to book!! If you would like to book please contact us via the contact form or send an email to: info@canoesweden.eu
We will then send you a booking form. After receiving the completed and signed booking form, we will send you an invoice. This invoice consists of 50% of the total costs.

Final payment and the payment of the deposit is before the start at our location in Sweden. You can pay by card.
You can also pay in installments. Ask about our payment plans!

Guided tours and packages

Transfer to the starting point, canoe, paddles, life jacket, spade, rope, sponge, garbage bag, canoe trolley, food during the trip, kitchen equipment set, a waterproof barrel, 2-person tent, two overnight stays at the campsite, Qualified canoe, bushcraft and survival instructor, all park, shelter and fishing permits.

Transfer from airport/train station to our site

We have 3 different prices. One with a transfer from Oslo Gardermoen Airport (2 hours drive), one including a transfer from Arvika (Sweden) / Kongsvinger (Norway) train station (40 minutes drive) and one without transfer.

Groups

Groups

We have special offers for groups larger than 6 people. Youth groups always get a discount. Youth groups require a minimum of 1 adult per 6 children/teenagers. Contact us for more information!

Insurance

Insurance

The use of all Canoe Sweden equipment is covered by the participant's insurance. For minor damage we can agree on appropriate compensation. Any damage to or loss of the rented equipment will be charged immediately to the participant. Please inquire with your insurance company about your insurance. Transport of Canoe Sweden equipment with your own car is insured by the owner of the car.
